What counts as a minute?

Only the time the assistant is actually on a call or a voice chat, rounded to the second. Web chat in text costs no minutes.

Do I have to change my phone provider?

No. You keep your number and your carrier, and forward calls to your assistant with a code on your phone. You can switch it off the same way.

Which languages does it speak?

The site is in six languages. The live demo speaks English, German and Portuguese today, and Spanish, French and Italian are being added. Your own assistant is set up in the language your customers actually call in.

What happens if I go over my minutes?

Your assistant keeps answering. Extra minutes are added in packages, and you can move up a plan at any time.

Will my price change after the pilot?

No. The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep. Pilot pricing only means plans for new customers may differ later.

Where does my data live?

In Frankfurt. Call recording is off unless you turn it on, and every sub-processor we use is published on the data and security page.
